For Michael Wagner, becoming Paramour’s new manager is part of a homecoming story. The son of an army man, he left the River City for California at the age of 5. A swipe through his photo album would reveal a life spent around the world, fine-tuning his skills to become a master of mixology. Eventually, his dedication and creativity led him to work for a 3-star Michelin restaurant in LA.
